ifilm director’s ‘The Lover’ to premier at Fajr Fest

ifilm director Davoud Movassaqi has wrapped up editing for his latest flick ‘The Lover’.

According to a media report, this new cinematic project of ‘The Distinguished Suitor’ director has recently been submitted to the Fajr Film festival to premiere at this year edition of the event.

A brief synopsis for the flick reads, “Sohrab and Gandom run a happy family along with their little daughter, Sepideh. The changes in the country’s economy have, however, affected their small family”.

Mohsen Alimohammadi, Shohreh Qamar, Mehdi Miami, Behzad Rahimkhani, Yasamin Khalkhali and Ali Borji are some of the cast members of the new flick.

The latest edition of Fajr Film Festival will be held in February, 2010.
